Clinical Coordinator – Assisted Living (Full-Time, Salary)

Location : Superior, Nebraska

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.

On-Call : Every other weekend (occasional shift coverage if needed)

Compensation : Salary-based, commensurate with experience

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Coordinator to join our small assisted living community in Superior, NE. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who values teamwork, resident care, and operational excellence.

As Clinical Coordinator, you will oversee the daily care and clinical needs of our residents while providing guidance and support to a skilled and caring staff. You’ll work closely with leadership to promote a positive work culture and ensure high-quality care standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily clinical oversight and address residents’ health concerns or care needs.

Supervise and support a team of 15 Medication Aides and Universal Workers.

Serve as a point of contact for residents, families, and outside care providers.

Partner with management to support community growth and team development.

Participate in on-call rotation every other weekend, with potential to fill in for shifts only when necessary.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in the state of Nebraska preferred.

Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or related healthcare field.

Strong leadership, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care.

Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
