Prescribe medications in accordance with New York State laws and guidelines. Perform minor surgical procedures. Generate referrals for specialized care when needed. Position Overview :
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) needed at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Medina, NY.
Schedule :
- Monday - Wednesday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
- Thursday : 8 : 00 AM to 8 : 00 PM
- Friday : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM
You will work alongside one other FNP and collaborate with MD / DO in a team-based approach to patient care.
