Required Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a tech or insurtech environment
Proven ability to develop and implement talent strategies that support organizational growth
Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in building trust across all organizational levels
Expertise in change management and leading organizations through significant transitions
Data-driven mindset with the ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions
