Reimbursement Specialist

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist who will manage payer inquiries and patient eligibility for coverage.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and analyze patient benefits in coordination with internal operations and insurance providers

Independently resolve coverage challenges and answer payer inquiries while maintaining compliance

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide reimbursement information and maintain accurate documentation

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years of experience in case management or insurance roles in a healthcare setting

Experience using an outbound calling platform for external communications

Ability to independently manage a case load and prioritize tasks effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently
