Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 Days onsite)

Duration : 6 months (with the opportunity for extension based on business need and performance)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Servicing Specialist to join the Collateral Management team. In this role, you will manage lien releases, UCC filings, and records / documentation for a variety of loan types, including General Account, Institutional, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA. You'll serve as a key point of contact between internal teams and external partners, ensuring accurate processing and outstanding service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Process lien releases for commercial, multifamily, and agricultural real estate loans paid in full by borrower, assignment, or escrow closings.

Manage UCC continuations, terminations, and research rejections.

Handle records management, including ordering files, correcting images, archiving, and document research (e.g., missing recorded documents).

Review and verify vendor invoices for payment processing.

Leverage Power BI reports for monitoring workflow, quality control, audits, and data analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams (servicing, asset management, legal, closing) and communicate with external stakeholders (vendors, counsel, title companies).

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in commercial real estate loan servicing or collateral management.

Strong knowledge of loan terms, complex loan documents, capital structures, pooling, investor reporting, servicing agreements, and workflows.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Preferred Experience

Direct background in lien releases, UCC processes, or related functions.

Familiarity with HUD / FHA, Fannie Mae, and / or Freddie Mac requirements.
