Process Engineer

OVERVIEW : The Process Engineer will work closely with technical, production, engineering, and maintenance functions and will be tasked with understanding and monitoring site processes to ensure they run safely with optimum consistency and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Collect and analyze process data to understand the various site manufacturing, utility and ancillary processes and systems and their interactions.

Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks to improve safety, uptime, yield, consistency, and efficiency in production.

Establish process capabilities aimed at optimizing production efficiency, identify process shifts before they become problematic and work with other site teams on root-cause analysis of process excursions, quality, safety issues, and on process related manufacturing trials.

Support capital projects taking place throughout the manufacturing areas of the site.

Implement process improvements and ensure all process related documentations are up to date.
