What's your day like?

As a Full-Time 1st Shift Machine Operator at Majestic Plastics in Bellefontaine, you'll be responsible for tending to Injection Molding Machines to ensure optimal operation in our manufacturing process. Your role will involve inspecting finished products for quality and precision, ensuring that each part meets our stringent quality standards. In addition, you'll engage in light assembly, sorting, and packaging of parts, playing a vital role in delivering excellence in our production line.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Problem solving and decision-making ability.
• Working knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
• Physical ability to move at a fast pace and stand for up to 8 hours.
