Location : Topeka, KS - Onsite

Overview :

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to bring your accounting and billing skills to a fast-paced, team-focused environment? We're looking for a Billing Specialist to join our Accounting team and play a key role in supporting billing operations and financial processes.

In this role, you'll handle a variety of billing tasks, research and respond to inquiries, maintain accurate data, and assist with special projects. You'll also work closely with team members and business partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and excellent service.

What you'll do :

• Research and respond to inquiries from internal and external sources
• Maintain accurate billing data
• Assist with monthly billing processes
• Answer questions regarding billing calculations and commission history
• Prepare and send monthly statements
• Enter vendor bills and process payments weekly
• Assist with accounting tasks and special projects as needed
