Construction Site Supervisor position at Westminster Village, US-AL-Spanish Fort, Full-Time.

Acts is seeking qualified candidates for the Construction Site Supervisor role. In this position you will assist in oversight of all construction projects and supervise the on-site construction team to build and renovate projects throughout the community. You will maintain a safe work environment, manage material ordering, scheduling deliveries, obtaining quotes, controlling schedules, permitting projects, and coordinating inspections. You may perform mechanical tasks such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in oversight of all construction projects and supervise on-site construction team
  • Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety requirements
  • Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and manage project timelines
  • Coordinate permitting, inspections, and project documentation
  • Perform mechanical tasks as needed (drywall, framing, HVAC, carpentry)
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management
  • Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
  • Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA)
  • Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license

    Pay Range

    $29.61 - $37.05 per hour. Starting rate varies based on skills and experience.
