Job Title : Digital Transformation Lead
Overview :
We're looking for a Digital Transformation Lead to help drive innovation using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to lead projects, deliver solutions, and support digital adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead digital transformation projects aligned with business goals.
- Build and manage a Center of Excellence for digital tools and practices.
- Design and deliver solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Run discovery and "Art of the Possible" sessions to explore new ideas.
- Work with teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft tools and trends.
- Support teams and stakeholders in adopting new digital solutions.
