Data Analyst
We are seeking a data-savvy and business-oriented data analyst to join our analytics team. The role is critical to driving acquisition and deepening strategies through data insights, experimentation, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with our growth studio, product, digital and technical teams to uncover opportunities, optimize processes and enhance customer engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for working on big data / analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, interpret results, and develop actionable insights and recommendations for use across the company
- Acquires data from multiple data sources in order to perform analysis
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data in order to provide answers to business questions as well as provide recommendations for action
- Interprets data and analyze results using various statistical techniques and tools
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experienceFour to five years of statistical and / or data analytics experiencePreferred Skills / Experience
Proficiency in data organization, data manipulation and statistical analysis utilizing Excel, SQL and PythonExperience with visualization tools such as Power BI and TableauExposure to the Azure Synapse Analytics cloud serviceUnderstanding of database structures and data warehousing conceptsStrong presentation and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively convey analytical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyExperience in the Financial Services industryThis role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
