The Data-E-commerce team oversees algorithmic and engineering work in the e-commerce business. Responsibilities include utilizing recommendation and search algorithms to help users discover products, implementing risk control and content safety algorithms, and constructing intelligent customer service technology and large-scale product knowledge graphs to improve efficiency across transaction processes and logistics.

Responsibilities :

• Work in a team to conduct cutting-edge research in machine learning algorithms, such as retrieval and recommendation algorithms.
• Participate in building large-scale (10 million to 100 million) e-commerce recommendation algorithms and systems, including commodity, live stream, and short video recommendations.
• Build long and short term user interest models, analyze and extract information from large data to design algorithms exploring latent user interests efficiently.
• Apply machine learning algorithms to improve business scenarios such as search ranking, natural language and video understanding, and trust and safety.

Job Information

Compensation The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $136,800 - $259,200 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on factors such as qualifications and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package that may include bonuses and stock units. Benefits may vary by location and employment type. Benefits typically include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off.
