To support the rapid growth of our HYROX 365 affiliate program across North America, we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our expanding team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role that’s perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has a passion for fitness and community, and is ready to help scale one of the most exciting movements in the global fitness industry.
As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be on the front lines of our affiliate experience — supporting HYROX 365 gym partners, optimizing internal operations, and ensuring every partner receives the tools, guidance, and support they need to succeed. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, and operations, driving engagement and helping to grow the HYROX footprint across North America.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the main point of contact for HYROX 365 affiliate partners, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from onboarding to ongoing support
Manage day-to-day communication with affiliates via email, calls, and CRM tools, addressing inquiries and sharing key updates and resources
Support the sales team with lead generation, outreach, and onboarding of new affiliate partners
Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records across CRM and internal backend systems
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent communications, launch materials, and resource delivery
Analyze affiliate data and performance metrics to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend improvements
Work with the North America lead and regional teams to streamline internal processes and improve the overall customer experience
Assist in evaluating and optimizing customer support tools (e.g. Zendesk) to enhance efficiency and scalability
Contribute to special projects that drive growth, engagement, and operational excellence within the HYROX 365 program
YOUR PROFILE
1–3 years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or related roles
Strong communication skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and follow-through
Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to learn CRM platforms and internal systems
Able to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities
Team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and is eager to grow
