Full-Time | On-the-Ground Leadership Role

We're seeking a hands-on, community-driven leader who excels at the intersection of strategy and execution. In this pivotal role, you’ll be on the ground—working in schools and across communities in North Carolina—to activate practical growth plans that turn awareness into school tours and enrollments.

This is a high-impact role for someone who knows how to roll up their sleeves, build relationships, and deliver results—school by school, neighborhood by neighborhood.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop tailored, school-specific growth plans that reflect local market dynamics.
  • Drive execution with field and support teams—ensuring every plan is delivered effectively and on time.
  • Build partnerships with businesses, churches, and community organizations to increase awareness and drive enrollments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, including facility refreshes, community events, and local marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with operations and support teams to activate plans and ensure follow-through.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (tours, show rate, conversion, occupancy lift) and provide clear, actionable updates.

What We’re Looking For

  • A community-focused operator who enjoys being in-market, on-site, and fully engaged with schools and partners.
  • A problem solver and self-starter who figures out what needs to be done—and does it.
  • A strong executor with a bias for action and a passion for tangible progress.
  • A skilled influencer and relationship-builder who can rally local teams and community partners around clear goals.
  • 5–8 years of experience in operations, growth, or program management—ideally in multi-site education, retail, property / apartment management, or franchising.
  • Proven ability to drive local growth and improve KPIs like traffic, conversion, and occupancy.
  • Confident and humble field leader with strong decision-making and team coordination skills.
  • Based in North Carolina (Charlotte or Raleigh preferred) and able to travel regionally, including occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Experience in education or school-based environments.
  • A history of turning strategy into local action that drives measurable impact.
