A company is looking for a Solution Sales Executive - Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the SEA market
Define and implement a clear vision for the territory and communicate regularly on status and resource requirements
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
At least 15 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record in technology vendors
Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
Experience engaging with customers and partners in Southeast Asia
Fluency in English is required
Certification in ITIL is a plus but not mandatory
