Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and guiding them through available products and services
Research, analyze, and resolve member requests accurately while maintaining timely follow-up and communication
De-escalate challenging situations and ensure positive member interactions through empathy and professionalism
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a contact center, customer service, or related client support environment
Associate degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
0-2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within a contact center setting
Proficient in standard business software applications, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently within defined procedures and know when to seek guidance or escalate issues
