About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic Medical Director to support Lucence’s US expansion across Market Access and Medical Affairs . This highly strategic and cross-functional role will drive payer engagement , clinical evidence generation , and scientific partnerships to accelerate access and adoption of our precision oncology solutions. You will be a core contributor in our mission—bringing together medical strategy, payer insights, and field engagement to support commercialization and long-term growth in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

Market Access

• Develop and execute national and regional payer strategies to improve patient access, drive reimbursement, and achieve commercial targets.
• Lead payer communications and contracting discussions; present clinical and economic value propositions to support coverage decisions.
• Track payer policy changes and provide real-time insights to internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with billing, reimbursement, finance, and sales teams to ensure alignment and implementation of access strategies.
• Provide input into pricing models and contracting frameworks based on evolving market dynamics and stakeholder needs.
