System Manager, Community Benefit Accounting Analysis

The System Manager, Community Benefit Accounting and Analysis is responsible for designing and implementing accounting and reporting systems for community benefit financial data, and the analysis of that data for completeness, accuracy and compliance with Internal Revenue Service and state regulations across a national, 140?hospital health system in service to the organization's mission and its not-for-profit, tax-exempt status.
The position works with both finance-related departments and community benefit reporting staff in community health and other functional areas from the system to the local market level to help ensure the identification, calculation, coding and reporting of hospital community benefit expenses and offsetting revenue.
