Responsibilities :
Deliver timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, and text regarding their solar journey.Ensure meticulous attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.Take ownership of both individual and collaborative tasks.Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, liaising with other departments as needed for technical issues and coordinating on-site visits.Educate customers on the advantages of solar energy, installation procedures, and ongoing maintenance for a seamless and informed experience.Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).Prior experience in customer service, project management, or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyOrganized with attention to detailRequirements :
This position is required to work in the Lindon, UT corporate office.Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.This is a full-time position.Proficiency in office software (Google Workspace).
