Overview

We're searching for a Team Lead with strong experience in facilities maintenance or construction projects, proven leadership skills, and a comfort with computers and project management software. The successful candidate will manage a team of 8–12 Project Managers & Coordinators, own project delivery from start to finish, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet production and customer targets.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 8–12 Project Managers & Coordinators
  • Set and drive KPIs to meet production and customer targets
  • Review and approve 20–40 customer quotes daily across multiple trades (plumbing, HVAC, general repair, etc.)
  • Oversee project delivery from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven team culture
  • Communicate process improvements and support team development
  • Cultivate and expand client relationships by presenting tailored project solutions, upgrades, and service enhancements that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience in facilities maintenance or commercial construction
  • Strong people management and team-building skills
  • Track record of driving KPIs and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work on-call shifts as needed
  • Associate degree or higher
