We are seeking an ETL / DW Delivery Lead SQL, GCP, Python, ETL-Informatica to join our team.

This role will involve leading the delivery and optimization of large-scale Data Warehouse and ETL projects, ensuring data accuracy, scalability, and performance across cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in ETL development, cloud data platforms (especially GCP), SQL scripting, and data integration with a strong passion for data engineering, analytics, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Job Description :

As an ETL / DW Delivery Lead SQL, GCP, Python, ETL-Informatica , you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data warehouse (EDW) and ETL solutions. This includes managing technical design, development, testing, and deployment of data pipelines and integrations across cloud environments. The ETL / DW Delivery Lead will collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of data solutions that drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Delivery Oversight

Lead data warehouse and ETL project delivery across multiple workstreams from planning to implementation.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, define project milestones, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Serve as the primary technical lead for design reviews, architecture discussions, and performance optimization.

Mentor junior engineers and guide teams on best practices in data modeling, ETL design, and data governance.

ETL & Data Engineering

Design, build, and maintain robust ETL workflows using Informatica , Python , and SQL-based transformations .

Develop scalable data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data into enterprise data warehouses and analytical environments.

Implement data quality and validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Collaborate with business analysts to translate data requirements into technical specifications.

Cloud Data Integration

Architect and implement GCP-based data solutions (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, or Pub / Sub).

Integrate data from on-prem and cloud sources into unified cloud-based warehouses.

Automate data ingestion and orchestration using Airflow, Cloud Composer, or similar scheduling tools.

Monitor and optimize data performance and cost efficiency across the cloud environment.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with product managers, BI teams, and application owners to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Manage communication with stakeholders to ensure clarity on project status, risks, and deliverables.

Collaborate with data governance and compliance teams to maintain data security and integrity.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Identify opportunities to enhance existing data processes and adopt modern data engineering tools.

Stay current with industry trends in cloud data platforms, ETL tools, and data automation frameworks .

Drive innovation in data delivery through automation, standardization, and reusable design patterns.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

8+ years of experience in data warehousing, ETL development, and data integration , including 2+ years as a Delivery Lead or Tech Lead .

Strong proficiency in SQL , Python , and Informatica ETL tools.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related data services (BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Storage).

Solid understanding of data architecture, modeling, and cloud data engineering principles .

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI / CD data delivery processes.
