We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare provider who understands and respects the values of our tribal communities. Together, staff will provide care that meets the needs of the community and offers a meaningful and culturally responsive experience for both patients and their families.

Specialty : Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

Work Setting : Outpatient Primary Care

Schedule : 5×8 hour shifts, Monday - Friday (0800-1700)

Types of Cases : all ages seen - 80% adults; 15-20 patients per day

Specialties and Staff on Site : 6 full time providers - 3 docs / 3 APPs

Credentialing : 4-6 weeks

Requirements :

Licensure : Any State License

Board Certification : Board Certified or Board Eligible

Life Support Certifications : BLS
