Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Scientist II to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data analysis projects, developing advanced analytical models, and providing strategic insights to drive business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding in data analysis, a deep understanding of statistical methods, and the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to collaborators.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage data analysis projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define objectives and deliver actionable insights.
• Design and implement advanced analytical models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights from complex and large-scale datasets.
• Perform statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling to identify patterns, trends, and correlations.
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate key findings and recommendations.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and provide analytical support to address specific business questions or challenges.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and standard practices in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, sharing best practices and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $45.00 / hr.
