Permanent Geriatrics Physician Full-Time Grand Rapids, MI Location : Grand Rapids, Michigan Schedule : Flexible Full-Time Nursing Facility & Community-Based Geriatric Care Position Overview Join a compassionate, mission-driven Geriatrics team caring for older adults across 8 local nursing facilities and supporting the Thrive Advanced Care Coordination Program . This position balances clinical autonomy with academic involvement , offering the opportunity to teach residents, fellows, and medical students.
