About the Role :

The Leasing Professional Part-time at Legacy at Cibolo, TX, plays a critical role in driving occupancy and revenue growth by effectively marketing and leasing residential properties. This position requires building strong relationships with prospective and current residents to ensure a positive leasing experience and foster community retention. The Leasing Professional will manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and company policies. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with the property management team to support operational goals and contribute to a welcoming community environment. Success in this role directly impacts the property's reputation and financial performance by attracting and retaining quality residents.

Minimum Qualifications :
