Recruiter II

Our client, a leading organization in agricultural solutions and industrial products, is seeking a Recruiter II to join their team. As a Recruiter II, you will be part of the Talent Acquisition department supporting early careers and university recruiting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Wayzata, MN

Pay Range : $37,608 - $65,247 annually

Shift : Monday through Friday; 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM (Hybrid : Tues - Thurs in Office)

What's the Job?

  • Support full cycle recruiting for early careers and intern positions, including sourcing, assessment, and selection
  • Coordinate campus events and manage candidate outreach through ATS systems like SuccessFactors and Handshake
  • Conduct interviews and extend verbal and written offers to candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers, industry contacts, and candidates
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume early careers or university recruiting
  • Experience coordinating campus events and managing candidate pipelines
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactors and Handshake
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
