• Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and

flexible Floater / Caregiver

to join our team. This role is essential in providing temporary support to our clients in various settings,at various locations ensuring they receive the care and attention they deserve.

The Floater / Caregiver will be responsible for performing a wide range of caregiving tasks and will move between different client assignments as needed.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Provide Companion care assistance to clients, including but not limited to directive with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Assist with support mobility and physical support, including monitoring a transfer of

clients in and out of beds, wheelchairs, and other equipment.

• Prepare and serve meals according to clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
• Administer medication and monitor clients’ health status as directed.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship to enhance their emotional and mental wellbeing.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively with family members, healthcare professionals, and the caregiving team regarding clients’ needs and changes in condition.
• Document services provided and report any significant changes in clients’ health or behavior promptly.

Be available to cover various shifts and assignments as needed, demonstrating reliability and flexibility.

• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving or healthcare is a plus.

Proven experience in a caregiving role or related field is preferred.

• Current certification in CPR / First Aid and any relevant state regulations or caregiver certifications.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, if required for the position.
