DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In our long-term care facility, you would perform duties of a Licensed Practical Nurse in planning, implementing, and evaluating all assigned resident care in collaboration with a Registered Nurse, ensuring adherence to HIPAA standards. In doing so, you will have the ability to improve our residents' quality of life by providing the best care possible.

Work Hours and Additional Information :

• Full-time employment; 40 hour work week.
• Work hours are
• 2 : 45 PM - 11 : 15 PM (2nd shift), with a 30-minute lunch.
• Rotating days and weekends.
• Working every other weekend is required.
• Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
• Salary : Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $67,558.00 (before taxes).
• DMVA is pleased to announce the launch of a Nursing Referral Program, promoting the hiring and retention of nursing staff at Pennsylvania’s veterans homes. Under this program, both referring employees and referred candidates may be eligible for payments of up to $4,000.
