Immediate need for a talented Audio Video Technician . This is a 06+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Baltimore MD (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range : $38 - $43 / hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities :

• Note : This role is Onsite at Baltimore MD.
• No Relocation candidate will work on this one.
• Only local candidates required.
• Takes immediate actions to resolve technology service disruptions when they occur
• Evaluates and acts on the production readiness for technology solution implementations and application deployments
• Analyses performance trends and crafts action plans to address potential impacts prior to impacts occurring
• Mentors more junior members of the team
• Actively helps team members and makes suggestions to improve practices
• Possesses fundamental understanding of the tech industry and internal business units to enable navigation and understanding of impact
• Ensures incidents impacting technology availability are resolved within policy standards
• Examines and collects data for trending capacity utilization
• Maintains a high proficiency in code management to ensure procedures are aligned to best practices
• Identifies performance tuning opportunities that will produce improvements to processing or capacity
