As a Senior Product Manager at Mom’s Meals, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder capabilities and services. In this role, you’ll balance strategic foresight with executional rigor, identifying emerging opportunities, shaping long-term roadmaps, and ensuring delivery of solutions that advance business goals and improve customer outcomes. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our SaaS-enabled products not only launch successfully but also achieve sustained adoption, engagement, and measurable impact.
Salary range : $126,000-150,000
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to
- Develop and own the product roadmap : Own and evolve strategy for key product areas, ensuring alignment with company goals, market opportunities, and user needs
- Identify and prioritize opportunities : anticipate future needs, use data and insights to assess impact, and ensure clear alignment with company goals
- Drive discovery & user research : Partner with design and research to uncover unmet needs, validate assumptions, and embed customer insights into product direction
- Own the research to delivery loop : Translate insights into initiatives, define clear success metrics, and ensure delivery teams build features that address validated needs
- Focus on adoption & retention : Monitor product utilization, user retention, and customer satisfaction, building strategies to improve outcomes over time
- Scalability : Drive platform strategy, ensuring solutions are scalable, configurable, secure, and compliant
- Influence data-driven decisions : Define and track KPIs (engagement, retention, ROI, NPS, operational efficiency) and use data to drive prioritization and iteration
- Enable experimentation & growth : Design and oversee A / B tests, pilots, and phased rollouts to evaluate product impact and accelerate learning
- Lead cross-functional delivery : Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and go-to-market teams to ensure aligned execution
- Manage complex trade-offs : Drive stakeholder alignment on sequencing, prioritization, and resourcing in a way that balances short-term delivery and long-term vision
- Mentor & coach : Provide guidance and development opportunities for product owners, business analysts, and other team members
- Stay ahead of industry shifts : Track SaaS, healthcare tech, and regulatory trends, incorporating insights into forward-looking product planning
Required Skills and Experience
7+ years’ product management experience, with proven success driving SaaS or platform products from strategy through adoptionExperience in both D2C and B2B healthcare or adjacent regulated industriesExperience with healthcare technology platforms (e.g. EHRs, care management, or population health systems)Demonstrated ability to define vision, set direction, and lead execution of complex, multi-stakeholder productsStrong understanding of SaaS products (integrations, APIs, data security, scalability)Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and measurable user outcomesExceptional communication and influence skills across all levels of the organizationStrong business acumen, with experience making ROI-driven prioritization decisionsSystems thinker who can zoom in on details while keeping a strategic perspectiveCuriosity, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environmentPhysical Requirements
