Job Description :

• Provide therapeutic and rehabilitative services to help patients develop or regain daily living and work skills.
• Assess patients' abilities and collaborate on individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functioning, and social interaction.
• Educate patients and family members on how to utilize adaptive equipment and techniques.
• Monitor and document patients’ progress throughout treatment.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for patients.
• Maintain accurate records and fulfill administrative responsibilities related to treatment plans.
• Adhere to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and safety protocols.
