Job Title : Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst

Description :
This role partners with key stakeholders to provide import guidance ensuring compliance with U.S. regulations while supporting international business activities. The Analyst will play a key role in continuously improving global trade program through automation, process streamlining, training, and risk assessments, while also identifying opportunities to reduce tariff expenses.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead development and updates of company policy and procedures related to import compliance.
- Design, document, implement, and maintain systems to qualify products / transactions for tariff reductions under special trade programs.
- Maintain required records.
- Manage Bell's Customs brokers and freight forwarders.
- Perform audits and self-assessments.
- Present global trade related training materials.
Qualifications :
Bachelor s Degree.5 7 years of global trade compliance experience.Experience leading tariff reduction opportunities under special trade programs.Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize.Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues with team members, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.Ability to identify training needs and deliver effective training.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Preferred Skills & Experience :
Licensed Customs Broker.Experience with SAP, ENOVIA, ACE, or Business Objects.
