About The Position

Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Hours per Shift : 12.5 hours

Experience : At least 2 years of previous NICU experience

License : State License

Certifications : NRP

Must-Have : Must have completed at least 1 travel contract

Description :

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler will be asked to float to ICU units throughout the facility, with occasional float to Med Surg.

Unit information includes drips such as epinephrine, norepinephrine, and dopamine.

Care will be provided for neonatal patients ranging from less than 22 weeks to 46 weeks.

Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, or Thanksgiving).

There is a limit of 1 day request off between November 26 and November 30 and December 23 and January 2 for all travelers, regardless of holidays worked.

References will be required at the time of submission.

Proof of taxable address is necessary to verify bill rates in accordance with local traveler policy.

Every other weekend will be required.
