Monitor customer accounts receivable, follow up on delinquent accounts by email and phone, and keep detailed notes of all outreach Prepare daily reporting on receivables and key metrics Reconcile bank and credit card transactions and resolve discrepancies Process accounts payable and receivable, making sure invoices are accurate and posted correctly Work with HR to prepare payroll entries and reports for review Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts throughout the month Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports in line with GAAP Assist with month-end and year-end closings, journal entries, and schedules Support audits by preparing schedules and responding to inquiries Ensure compliance with tax laws and handle filings such as 1099s Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field 2+ years of progressive accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage) and advanced Excel skills Strong knowledge of GAAP Experience in handling accounts receivable collections and working with delinquent accounts Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and clear verbal and written communication skills

- Competitive Pay : We offer competitive pay of $56,000 – $65,000 annually .
- Work Schedule : This is a full-time role based in Cape Cod, MA. You will work closely with our Controller and Finance Manager in a team-focused office environment.
