Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) Full-time 18.90 hr. / 19.90 Weekends

SHIFT : Tuesday-Saturday 3pm-11pm.

Advancing Opportunities, an affiliate with Apis Services is currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Full-time Lead (DSP) Residential Support Specialists position at our Parsippany area Group Home supporting adults with intellectual disabilities.

Leads will work closely with Group Home Managers to support clients, communicate with various outside agencies, client guardians, doctors. Work to ensure compliance and all aspects as assigned by the manager are done to meet standards of care for clients.

Requirements :

Valid driver’s license

18 years or older

3 years experience as a DSP / 1 year Lead Experience preferred

High School Diploma or equivalent

Consent to State, Federal Criminal Background Checks;

Drug Screen; Pre-Employment Physical, PPD;

Complete all orientation, pre-service training as required
