About The Job

The Media Music Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that productions across the portfolio receive the music they need to make their programming sing. As a Music Coordinator you will field requests from productions by receiving or giving creative direction and delivering music on time and within the production’s licensing deals. You will conduct training sessions as needed for clients who need assistance with searching our music database. You will assist with administrative duties, including maintaining users and groups, running reports for data analytics, and changing library permissions as necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a library-related field.
• Knowledge and passion for music required. Extensive knowledge of music production and supervision desired.
