Construction Worker - Highway & Heavy Civil Projects

Location : Jefferson Parish

Pay Range : $18-$20 per hour (Based on experience and skill level)

We're looking for Construction Workers who are safety-minded, reliable, and eager to learn . Whether you're just getting started or already have experience under your belt, there's a place for you on our team.

What You'll Do :

• Perform a variety of physical tasks on job sites (e.g., trench digging, concrete mixing / placement, trench bracing, material handling)
• Operate small hand and power tools safely and effectively (shovels, rakes, hammers, jackhammers, saws, etc.)
• Assist skilled trades such as equipment operators, cement finishers, pipe layers, and carpenters
• Maintain safety standards at all times
• Keep the job site clean and organized (e.g., tool pickup, hazard removal, site security)
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Follow directions and complete assigned duties promptly and safely
