Job Description :
We are looking for an Occupational Medicine locum to cover within a full functioning Occupational Medicine and Workers Comp Center.
Providers need to be experience in a Occupational Medicine clinic setting
Duration :
June 3, 2019 - July 26, 2019
Cloud be ongoing and locum tenens to permanent position
Shift Notes :
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
On Call Requirements :
No Call
Weekend Requirements :
No Weekends
MANDATED Job Requirements :
CO License - Highly Preferred
BC in IM, EM, Occ Med, or FM - Required (no BE)
BLS - Required
ACLS - Preferred
Per fee cap of 25k - Required
Drive in providers (will accept providers with all travel costs included in hourly rate)- Required
Registration / Certification Requirements :

Board Certified
State License(s) : Colorado
Compact License Allowed
