Responsibilities

• Learn all products, sell homes and secure contracts.
• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain the sales database, present products to customers and assess area competition.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated annual compensation : $155,000 - $175,000 (base salary of $40,000 / year plus commission and incentives) and extensive benefits—including medical / dental / vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan.

Travel

Job travel : 10%.
