What Will You Do?

• Travel to customer sites for system startups, media replacement, and system issues that can't be resolved remotely.
• Train customers on how to operate equipment, including review of O&M manual.
• Provide onsite technical support for troubleshooting and resolving system issues of a mechanical, electrical, or process nature.
• Work closely with engineering and project management team members, when appropriate, to ensure successful system start-up and / or resolve customer technical issues.

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

This position primarily works outdoors, in all weather conditions, and potentially hazardous environments, which may involve exposure to dangerous chemicals. The physical demands include talking, hearing, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and ladder climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently lift and / or move items over 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
