A company is looking for an AVP, M&A Strategy & Financial Modeling.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain complex financial models to assess potential deals and support M&A initiatives

Develop financial models for valuation and deal structuring to aid senior management in decision-making

Conduct thorough financial analysis and evaluate target companies during the due diligence process for M&A transactions

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in M&A, corporate development, finance, or a related field, focusing on life insurance and annuity sectors

Extensive experience in building complex financial models with a strong understanding of statutory and GAAP corporate modeling

Ability to create clean, visually effective presentations that convey strong narratives

Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills

Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
