Technology Commerce – Senior Associate Attorney / Of Counsel –| $345k+| Dallas, TX, Palo Alto, CA, Seattle, WA (Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Technology Commerce Attorney (Associate or Of Counsel) with at least five years of experience to join its Corporate Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-impact transactions at the intersection of intellectual property and corporate law .

About the Role

The attorney will play a key role in :

Advising on IP aspects of major corporate transactions , including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and financings.

Structuring, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of IP and commercial agreements , such as :

Licensing agreements

Service agreements

Development agreements

Distribution agreements

Strategic partnering agreements

You’ll work closely with leading companies and emerging innovators across multiple industries, tackling complex issues involving cutting-edge technologies and IP commercialization strategies .

About the Practice

The Technology Commerce practice is part of the firm’s Corporate Group , supporting transactions across all industry sectors. The work focuses on the development, transfer, and use of intellectual property assets , helping clients navigate deals involving the latest emerging technologies.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring :

• 5 + years of experience in :

Handling the IP components of corporate transactions (M&A, public offerings, financings)

Drafting and negotiating IP and commercial agreements

Excellent writing skills and strong attention to detail

A collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning and working on evolving technologies
