Warehouse Associate
Window World of Paducah is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team full-time. This role is critical to ensuring smooth warehouse operations and successful installation projects. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and organizing deliveries, preparing materials for installation crews, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and assisting with customer service and project coordination when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and verify all deliveries of windows, doors, siding, and related products.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure materials are properly labeled and accessible.
- Prepare job orders, staging products and tools for installation crews.
- Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and coordination to support installation teams.
- Move and lift heavy products safely using proper equipment and techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries.
- Respond to inquiries from team members and support overall warehouse efficiency.
- Perform general upkeep of the warehouse, including cleaning and organizing.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Prior warehouse, construction, or installation experience strongly preferred.Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Basic computer skills for order entry and tracking.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Required Licenses & Other Miscellaneous Necessities
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to / from the office.Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and a thorough criminal background check.Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.Capable of lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds frequently and heavier loads occasionally with assistance.Comfortable working on ladders and in varying warehouse or outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.).Manual dexterity and ability to safely operate hand tools, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.Must be able to access and move throughout all areas of the warehouse.What We Offer You
