Window World of Paducah is seeking a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team full-time. This role is critical to ensuring smooth warehouse operations and successful installation projects. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for receiving and organizing deliveries, preparing materials for installation crews, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and assisting with customer service and project coordination when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify all deliveries of windows, doors, siding, and related products.
• Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure materials are properly labeled and accessible.
• Prepare job orders, staging products and tools for installation crews.
• Assist with scheduling, paperwork, and coordination to support installation teams.
• Move and lift heavy products safely using proper equipment and techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries from team members and support overall warehouse efficiency.
• Perform general upkeep of the warehouse, including cleaning and organizing.
• Other duties as assigned.
