We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager for our thriving manufacturing division. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to lead and manage a team of engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the engineering function, including quality control, lean manufacturing, and team leadership. This is a key leadership role that requires a mix of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing clear direction and inspiring them to achieve their best work.
• Oversee all engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Implement and maintain lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures to minimize defects and waste.
• Collaborate with other departments to align engineering activities with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Monitor and report on engineering performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
