Executive Director / Hospice (#TE1113)

Location : Knoxville, TN 37902

Employment : Full-Time

Salary : $90,000 - $114,000 annually

Lead the strategic vision and daily operations of hospice services, ensuring compassionate, high-quality care for patients and families.

Qualifications :

  • Licensed RN, physician, social worker, or Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in healthcare leadership.
  • Executive director hospice experience preferred.
  • CPR certification and valid driver’s license required.
  • 3+ years healthcare and 5+ years leadership experience.
  • Strong business development and management skills.

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive hospice service goals aligned with mission and patient care standards.
  • Manage operations, staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop compassionate staff.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Oversee census, resource allocation, and financial reporting.
  • Lead quality improvement and ensure policy adherence.
