Overview

Floor & Decor Designers provide a seamless start to finish consultative design service that builds lasting relationships and brand loyalty with the customers we serve. Designers meet with customers, listen to project needs, educate them on all that is required, and build a creative design concept that incorporates the customer's personal style, lifestyle, and budget.

Pay

$18.00 - $25.50

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum of One (1) year of interior design experience or prior retail / sales experience
• Degree in Design is a plus
• Knowledge of hard surface flooring is a plus
• Proficient in basic mathematical skills
• Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office suite
• Internal candidates must have 12 months of experience in a design consultant position

Physical / Sensory Requirements

Medium Work – Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and / or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Ability to use hands and fingers, handle or feel. Occasional standing, walking, reaching, climbing, kneeling, or crouching as needed.

Store Hours

Monday - Friday 7 : 00 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Saturday 8 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Sunday 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
