Job Description :

We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Caregiver to join our compassionate team. As a full-time caregiver, you will play a key role in supporting clients with their daily needs, providing companionship, and helping to create a safe and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities :

Personal Care Support : Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

Companionship Services : Engage clients with meaningful conversation, activities, and socialization to enhance their overall mental and emotional well-being.

Meal Preparation : Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to client-specific dietary preferences and requirements, ensuring proper nutrition.

Household Management : Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean living space for clients.

Mobility and Safety Assistance : Provide support with walking, transferring, and mobility devices to reduce the risk of falls and maintain safety.

Medication Reminders : Ensure clients take prescribed medications according to their care plan.

Transportation Assistance : Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving, with a focus on non-medical home care preferred.

Skills : Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and reliability.

License / Certification : Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current CPR / First Aid certification preferred.

Background Check : Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

Physical Capability : Ability to lift, bend, and assist with client mobility tasks.
