Licenses : Active Minnesota license required.Board : Board Certified in Emergency Medicine.DEA : RequiredCertifications : ACLS, ATLS, PALS (or CALS).Experience : Community site emergency medicine experience preferred.Other Qualifications : Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide 12-hour clinical coverage in the Emergency Department.Manage single coverage ER for all patient age groups and acuities.See an average of 15–20 patients per shift, with potential peaks up to 25.Collaborate with support staff, specialists, and tele-intensivists as needed.Perform emergency procedures as clinically required.Maintain compliance with credentialing, privileging, and hospital policies.
