Position Overview :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Production Artist to join our dynamic marketing team and bring our premium bedding products to life across multiple digital platforms. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career designer with 0-3 years of experience who is passionate about e-commerce, photography, and creating compelling visual content that drives customer engagement. You'll play a crucial role in our brand's visual presence, working directly with our Art Director and cross-functional teams to produce stunning product imagery, marketing materials, and digital campaigns across 18+ retail channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Photography & Visual Production :
- Shoot product photography and lifestyle images in our on-site studio
- Retouch and enhance product photos from both in-house shoots and external agency work
- Set up and style product shots that showcase our bedding products in the best light
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual storytelling
Digital Design & Marketing :
Design eye-catching email marketing campaigns that drive conversionsCreate banner ads and promotional graphics for multiple platformsDevelop engaging social media content that aligns with brand guidelinesDesign product marketing materials for our website and online marketplacesBuild assets optimized for Shopify, Salsify, Amazon, and 16+ additional e-commerce platformsCollaboration & Innovation :
Work closely with New Product Development team to create launch materialsPartner with Marketplace team to optimize product presentation across all channelsParticipate in A / B testing initiatives and iterate designs based on performance dataContribute creative ideas for product showcases and seasonal campaignsSupport cross-functional teams with quick-turn design requestsQualifications & Requirements :
Education & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Art, Visual Communications, or related field0-3 years of professional design or production experienceE-commerce, retail, or product photography experience strongly preferredPortfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals and diverse creative work REQUIREDTechnical Skills :
Proficiency with Mac operating systemAdvanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience with design tools such as Figma or CanvaPhotography skills and knowledge of studio lighting (preferred)Microsoft Excel for project tracking and data analysisFamiliarity with Shopify and e-commerce platform requirementsBasic HTML / CSS knowledge is a plusExperience with Salsify or similar product content management systems is a plusCreative & Analytical Skills :
Strong eye for composition, color theory, and typographyUnderstanding of brand guidelines and ability to maintain visual consistencyAnalytical mindset to evaluate design performance and optimize based on metricsKnowledge of A / B testing principles and data-driven design decisionsAttention to detail with excellent file management and organizational skillsPersonal Qualities :

Compensation & Benefits :
Competitive Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
