job_description.job_card.job_descriptionRepair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures Install machinery systems Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order Perform minor building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary Implement preventative maintenance measures. Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies Complete inspections of restaurants with RVP's and AD's when necessary. Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol Perform other maintenance duties as requested. Follow up and complete store maintenance list. Send in completed work tickets and time sheets on Monday for previous week. Keep company vehicles clean and maintained. Communicate any maintenance items that need replaced if can't be fixed or cost too much due to age or condition of equipment. Communicate to store manager, Ad's, RDO's on status of repairs Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs + Frequent : Climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, kneeling Position will be responsible for up to 20 locations.
